Quote from the book: "homosexuals [are] the true inventors of Nazism and the guiding force behind many Nazi atrocities."From the wikipedia article on Scott Lively: "The premise of Lively and Adams' volume has been heavily criticized as a "pernicious myth", "utterly false" and "a flat-out lie", and several historians take questioned the book's claims and selective use of research."
Scott Lively is the same pastor who has been put on trial for helping to orchestrate the anti-gay laws in Republic of uganda, and he has as well taken credit for the anti-gay laws in Russia.
The Southern Poverty Law Center regards Abiding Truth Ministries as a hate group.
The American Family unit Association, the California branch of which Lively has directed, is also an SPLC-designated hate grouping.

Please give my Amazon review a helpful vote - https://www.amazon.com/gp/review/R215...This book addresses two interesting - and seemingly dissonant - facts concerning the Nazi movement. Starting time, the early Nazi political party embraced open homosexuals. The best example of this is, obviously, the founder of the Sturmabteilung ("SA"), namely Ernst Rohm. Rohm's homosexuality was known to other Nazis and he was not alone, as the story of the Nighttime of Long Knives establishes.
Second, although nigh Americans associate homosexuality with effeminacy, in fact, at that place has been a long tradition that assembly homosexuality with militarism and manliness. Homosexuality in warrior bands is well-established, e.g., the Zulus, Greeks, Janissaries, and the Theban "sacred band" being well-known examples.
A third element might be the Nazi proclivity for giant, nude, homoerotic statues.
So what gives?
This book addresses the upshot by arguing that the homosexuals associated with the Nazis were of the militaristic, hyper-masculine variety, referred to as "Butches." The authors merits that in the menses from the late 19th century and 1933, a portion of German language homosexuals belonged to ii opposed camps, namely effeminate homosexuals who identified more with females, postulating, for example, that homosexuals were female souls in a male body. The other were hypermasculine who viewed males as the only sex activity worth associating with. The authors refer to the groups every bit "Fems" and "Butches" respectively, which may take been a term that was current in the flow. (Note that most homosexuals did not vest to either group.)
The two groups differed in some fundamental ways. For instance, the "Butches" endorsed pedophilia as a positive virtue; "Fems" made it part of their mission for social acceptance to condemn pedophilia, or, at least, sex activity with those younger than 16. Fems organized to overturn Paragraph 175 of the German penal lawmaking. Butches formed a "Gild of the Elite" (or "Society of the Queer," strangely, either translation works.) Butch organizations were tied into the occultism that proliferated in the era; Fems took a more scientific/psychological approach to normalizing and/or treating homosexuality.
The authors posit that Nazis were particularly offended by the "Fem-dominated" Sex Research Plant, where homosexuals were treated, because the SRI had treated Nazi leaders and had records on them. This explains, according to the authors, why 1 of the showtime acts of Nazi power was to break into the SRI and burn down its records.
The authors advise that a far larger number of Nazi leaders were homosexual. Apart from Roehm, they indicate to Heydrich, von Schirach, Hitler, and a few others, but they don't offer much support for this, albeit accusations of perversion have always clung to these individuals. They do offer some contemporaneous and later sources that support these claims, but since these accusations come from Nazi opponents, it is probably best to remain skeptical.
Interestingly, there is a 1934 science fiction book called [[ASIN:B018S27770 Swastika Dark (S.F. MASTERWORKS)]] by Murray Constantine. Constantine writes a projection well-nigh what the Nazi regime might wait like after 700 years. One of the things she posits is that the position of women has been reduced to that of breeding vessels, while men have go brutal homosexuals.
So, was there something moving in the subterranean world of ideas that connected Nazis with hyper-masculine homosexuality during the early on 1930s?
Perhaps.
This books is actually the first function of a longer book. The authors practice provide footnotes and sourcing for their points, but, at times, they write in a polemical linguistic communication, referring to authors every bit "homosexualist," for instance. This may be a true label and it is of import to know the bias of a source, but it does make the authors appear to exist "kooks" with an ax to grind, which also may exist truthful.
I intend to use the book as an entry bespeak for exploring the substantive issues raised above. I think that there may be some merit to this statement, but, on the other hand, this is an explosive topic for all that information technology may take some merit.

This volume is a comic masterpiece.I am gay and I am much less interested in gay sex than Scott Lively.
Highlights of the volume include a strange political party where members of the SA get then enflamed by page boys in tight white trousers that they throw themselves on them in an animalistic frenzy and accept to be saved from drowning (drowning!?) and the repeated inferences that while various Nazis weren't homosexual they knew people who were or looked slightly gay and this is enough reason to presume that homosexuality is the root of all evil.
I read a biography of Humphrey Bogart by an writer whose name I cannot recall that suggested that everyone in Quondam Hollywood was gay or bisexual and constantly having it off with each other. It was clearly wishful thinking. This is like a similar book if written by, say, Douglas P from Decease In June. A perfect mix of what seems to be Nazi slash fiction with terrible politics. Why a loftier rating? Well, it's a very entertaining read and there's some interesting information about this fascinating period of history. Unfortunately it'southward less Primo Levi and more Mel Brooks.

Well documented from contemporary sources, this book provides an often overlooked aspect of the Nazi leadership and foundation. If you want a historical look at the Nazi Political party that uses sources from the time menstruum and not today'southward revisionist history, this is a book for you.

Vital data for every patriotic AmericanI had this on my shelf for a long time before getting effectually to reading it. There was something virtually information technology, impressionistically, that didn't ready well. I expected perhaps an unreasonable and slanted polemic, unsupported by much evidence. I was in serious error. This reticence of mine is itself testify of the successful rehabilitation of homosexual history in the American mind. The Pink Swastika drives domicile the inherent evil, destructive, and aggressive nature of homosexuality. Further, information technology refutes the victimhood narrative fostered by activists. If only everyone would read this and understand the true nature of sexual nihilism and its rotting of everything it touches. I fear it is already too late for our civilization. Covid 19 has proved to expose American civilization as an empty, soulless husk.
...more thanThen yous take this book, which asserts the upper echelons of the Nazi Party (mayhap even Hitler himself) were all gay and that'southward why they were so evil. Scott Lively and Kevin Abrams (unsurprisingly) are a couple of farthermost-right ideologues. According to Lively and Abrams, the burgeoning gay rights movement was no different from the fucking Nazi Party; thus the seed for The Pink Swastika was planted. You'd think a book this absurd, this unbelievably stupid would have to be satire, simply it's not. Abrams and Lively are completely serious, which only adds to the surrealism.
This book contains some of the most incredibly poor research I've ever seen. Most of Lively and Abrams' information comes from other nutcases on the far-right, and an obscure out-of-print book called Deutschland'due south National Vice. The legitimate sources they practice cite are taken completely out of context and twisted to suit their ideology. How COULD exist the Nazis be a homosexual cabal when they made their hatred of homosexuals quite articulate? Lively and Abrams claim the Nazis were hyper-masculine homosexuals, and just persecuted effeminate ones. Patently, this is completely fabricated and has no basis in history at all. It's truly pathetic how they attempt asserting all high-ranking Nazis (and most of the rank-and-file Party members) were gay without even a shred of credible evidence to back it up. Expert luck getting anyone to take your bullshit 'theory' seriously with that arroyo!
Unfortunately, Lively and Abrams are not even the first people to propose this. Many of the Nazis' political enemies claimed they were 'sexual deviants'. Afterward the war, this was also floated as an attempt to explicate their actions. Because surely no mentally-normal person could commit such evil deeds, correct? Fortunately, this whole theory has long fallen out of favor and has been debunked many times by reputable historians. Merely, equally the Pink Swastika proves, at that place is however a small, insane grouping of people that buys into this merits and think information technology'south completely factual. These authors actually deserve to exist locked away in a padded jail cell for a very long time.
Long story short; it'southward homophobic garbage.

Afterwards thousands of mainstream media documentaries, books, social commentary about the Nazis saturating the world since WWII, not one has gone anywhere near this of import topic.
The authors trace the sodomy behind the Nazi party to its occult roots in the Thule Society, Prussian militarism, and ultimately back to infidel pederast Roman and Greek cultures. The claims of near 100% homosexuality amongst Nazi leadership is almost unbelievable merely an incriminating instance is fabricated.
This is not just about the sodomy of the Nazis, rather its profound impact as a driver of social and political change which is inevitable everywhere it becomes mutual. This is nigh relevant in the 21st century.
The myth of the persecution of homosexuals in the concentration camps is corrected; yep some were killed, but they were the sacrifice of a few ("femme" types) to provide a shield for the many ("butch" types) running the testify who 'protected' the morals of the volk.
In opposition to this corrupting and mortiferous force stands the Bible, and the refusal of Jews and Christians to bow before the altar of Sodom. This naturally creates animosity with authoritarian regimes and leads to their persecution.
A word of caution, the cloth is spiritually draining and non for the faint-hearted; much prayer is recommended before reading.

Drivel in its most dangerous grade. If yous don't know, Mr. Lively is a Pastor who had a very 'shady' lifestyle before his miraculous conversion. He was heavily into drinkable and drugs from a young historic period. But wanted to to allow you lot know that before I become started.
No affair how you look at information technology, Scott Lively is a religious fanatic who has a deep seated, scathing and heinous hatred for homosexuals. I am not here to mock his religious beliefs seeing as he is well inside his correct to believe what he wants to, though this volume, (and all of Scott Lively'due south lecures and public speeches that I've seen for that matter) are And then intrinsically based on his view that 'sexuality belongs within of matrimony only' that it's difficult to ignore...
Lively argues that homosexuality 'started' in Germany in the 1860's. I don't need to tell y'all how ridiculous that is. By the way, earlier I go on, I better mention that Lively (never explicitly states this in fairness, as far as I'm aware) comes across as 1 of those 'well, history is written by the victor' kind of guys. AKA, if the history doesn't fit my extreme, blinkered view then it is a conspiracy. But that is my opinion.
Things get very awkward when Lively starts discussing Marxism. 'Sexuality is the way to TEAR guild down, and Marxists want to tear downward guild and rebuild in their view.' This quote alone highlights how deeply rooted this man is when it comes to religious beliefs - above ALL else, Everyone is being 'conditioned' or 'bailiwick to propaganda' to tbe 'turned into a homosexual' as that's 'what the Marxists wants - to destroy social club and rebuild'. A homo that peddles the term 'gay propaganda' so turns the arraign to sexual promiscuity - it isn't just the GAYS' faults , information technology is the fact that people may want to DO WHAT THEY Want TO Exercise in terms of SEXUAL RELATIONS - information technology's their fault As well.
I'1000 not even going to carp going into how baroque Lively's claims are in terms of actual loftier, (or mid) ranking Nazi officials were 'certainly gay'. A bulk of the signal of this book is trying to get the indicate across that 'you lot know what, the Nazis had the right idea.. if only they weren't corrupted past the gays!'.
It is absolute madness, and information technology is dangerous madness. But I emplore yous to read this, to see how truly horrible some people'due south hatred to others tin be. Absolutely mindless, sensless hatred to a grouping of people, a race, a sexuality on this scale is absolute insanity.
Let me finish by saying this - Lively is a Pastor - not a historian, nor a professor. There is a reason this is Non considered by whatsoever true professional person historians or researchers equally a resource.
Drivel.
To quote a review from another site:
I'g certainly no expert on the history of Nazism, so I'll go out it to others who are meliorate informed than I am to criticize Lively and Abrams in that regard. What I am sufficiently well-informed to criticize is their treatment of the Theosophical Social club in their chapter entitled "Man-Occultism". Lively and Abrams seem to think that this fascinating piece of Victorian eccentricity was some kind of outfit for "promoting" homosexuality.
(1) Madame Blavatsky, ane of the founders of the Theosophical Society, MIGHT have been a lesbian.
(2) Blavatsky's friendship with Mrs Annie Besant, who became the leader of the Theosophical movement afterward Blavatsky'south death, MIGHT have been of a lesbian nature.
(3) Charles Webster Leadbeater, a renegade Church of England curate who abandoned his ministry building, joined the Theosophical Society, was afterward irregularly consecrated a bishop by another schismatic bishop and formed his own "Liberal Catholic Church", was about certainly a pederast. (They're correct on this one.)
Needless to say, Lively and Abrams gloss over any facts that might cast doubt on (1) and (two), which residual on an extremely flimsy foundation to outset with, and neglect to mention the fact that Leadbeater was pressured into resigning from the Society every bit before long every bit his hanky-panky was discovered and was allowed to resume his identify in the Order later only after Mrs Besant (no dubiety gullibly) had been persuaded that he had mended his ways.
They then, as the next stage in their building of inverted pyramids of argument, attempt to link Theosophy to Nazism on the grounds that:
(i) Theosophy became popular in Germany and Austria (as also in other countries, including United kingdom, America, India, France, Australia and God knows where else)
(2) one founder of a cranky High german nationalist and occultist group was clearly influenced by Theosophical ideas
(3) Madame Blavatsky had some weird ideas almost "root races", of which the Aryan was supposed to be the 5th (the Theosophical Order'south declared offset object of forming "a nucleus of the Universal Brotherhood of Humanity, without distinction of race, creed, sex, degree, or colour" is naturally ignored)
(4) the Society's emblem includes a swastika (both the fact that the swastika was a symbol in use thousands of years before Nazism, and the detailed caption given by the Guild of every symbol contained in its keepsake, are, of form, again simply ignored)
Such "reasoning" would make a cat express joy.
...moreLively'south Pink Swastika is merely a right-fly conspiracy theory manifesto.
The master thesis of the book:
"Homosexualism, elevated to a popular credo and combined with black occult forces, not only gave birth to Nazi imperialism only also led to the Holocaust itself."
Non worth people's time.
